About the Producer
Suyo Pisco was started by two Peruvian-American friends to highlight how good Peruvian Pisco can be. They focus on single vintage, single origin Pisco with two “standard” bottles; one made from Quebranta and this one made from Italia grapes. In addition they have multiple special releases including those made from less common grape varietals and even oak aged Peruvian brandy.

Nose
Intense and complex fresh tropical fruits. Mango and guava, fresh and lively. Traces of grilled pineapple. Nose is vibrant and has perfect intensity. Great.
Palate
Intense fresh fruit and perfumey notes. Tropical fruits dominate at the first sip. Takes a bit getting used to but once you do, it’s damn tasty. Medium sweet, bedium bodied with a rich and syrupy texture. Great
Finish
Medium with fresh tropical fruit juices
Rating: 7
