PM Spirits is a spirits importer, distributor and blender in New York started by Nicolas Palazzi. This bottle is one of their special projects done in collaboration with master cooper Jean-Noel Pelletan.

Nose
Great balance between fruit and oak. Sandalwood, cedar wood, candied oranges, butterscotch. Traces of gingersnap, white wine and raisins. Medium sweet and medium intensity. Complex and balanced, great.
Palate
Everything in the nose translated over to the palate. Everything is in perfect harmony with each other with sandalwood, candied oranges, butterscotch, raisins and white wine again. Medium bodied and flavored. Texture is velvety. It’s great!
Finish
Medium with oak and ginger. Medium sweet.
Rating: 7
Overall
A great, well balanced cognac with complexity and finesse. There are still a few bottles hiding out, if you find one, I recommend getting it.
