Nose
Sweet cherries. Not so much fresh, but something like a maraschino cherry. Has a certain roundness to it that I love. Well balanced and fairly sweet. Traces of almond.
Palate
More vibrant and fresh than the nose. Sweet cherries or cherries in syrup. Quite sweet. Again, tiny traces of almond. Texture is heavy and syrupy. Medium flavored, but has good body to it.
Finish
Medium with sweet cherries.
Rating: 6
Overall
A very good brandy that leans into the sweet and syrupy side of cherries. I like this more than most options in this price range, but it doesn’t have enough to be truly great.
