About the producer
I ended up picking this bottle up on a whim due to it’s low price, ~$18 for 1L bottle not knowing anything about the producer at the time. Rubin was started in West Morava in Serbia and produces plum brandy, aged grape brandy, and several other products in addition to this unaged grape brandy. According to the company website, they have ~6000 casks of brandy currently aging.

Nose
Light, some overripe fruit. A lot like Pisco. Melon. Not overly harsh. Decent, better than I expected.
Palate
Astringent and antiseptic. Harsh but some solid flavors poke through. Dry with a medium mouthfeel. Tropical fruits, melon, overripe banana.
Finish
Medium with lemon. Bit harsh.

Overall
I’m actually kind of impressed; this brandy isn’t good, but I’m surprised that it’s drinkable for this cheap. It would make a decent cheap substitute for Pisco in a cocktail but otherwise avoid. Was interesting to try but I probably won’t finish the bottle.
